EHS Legal Registers provide the laws, links, and short descriptions for a particular jurisdiction. They are developed with general manufacturing companies and office environments in mind, but can be tailored to almost any industry. The laws are categorized into 56 different EHS categories. Space is provided for each law to add notes on compliance and applicability to your business.
Legal Registers can also be tailored to your company's needs and can be separated, with reduced pricing, if your need is only environmental or only health and safety. Isosceles Principals are also available to consult with companies to determine which laws are applicable. EHS Audit Checklists generally consist of EHS legislation for a particular jurisdiction with corresponding links and short descriptions. Legislation is broken down into questions based on requirements for employers and sorted into 56 different topic areas, allowing employers to self-audit. Legal citations and associated sections are provided for each question. Legislation and questions provided are based on the assessment of office environments and a general manufacturing company's activities.
Checklists may also come in the form of requirement statements and be tailored to a specific EHS area such as first-aid or ergonomics. EHS Audit Checklist Supplements are generally created when an important or highly anticipated law for a specific jurisdiction is published and/or enters into force. A checklist of questions is created for that one law based on requirements for businesses in order to supplement your current auditing checklist. This allows companies to have up-to-date information on some of their new EHS requirements as an alternative to purchasing another full auditing checklist more than once per year. Custom checklists can be created if you need specific laws that we do not currently have for sale.

EHS Regulatory Updates cover a board spectrum of topics related to the general manufacturing industry and office environments. Articles are written for the following areas: new EHS policies, changes to existing EHS policies, current events in the jurisdiction that may lead to future legislation, amendments to EHS laws, the status of bills, newly enacted legislation, and legislation that has recently entered into force.
Updates can be provided as frequently as every 2 weeks, monthly, quarterly or biannually and can contain as many jurisdictions as you need. In addition, articles for other industries can be included upon request.
