We work closely with our clients to enable them to become Sustainability Leaders in their industry or business sector.
 
The Isosceles Group advises on CSR, and specifically Business & Human rights issues, supporting our clients' efforts to mitigate risks while maximizing positive impacts on the environment and the global community. Our diverse and multilingual staff includes environmental experts and human rights lawyers with a broad record of working with private sector and non-profit leaders.
 
We advise our clients on leading practices and regulatory compliance, and assist them in incorporating sustainability practices into their business activities, and provide guidance on achieving compliance with human rights legislation and global standards. Isosceles also has experience in the alignment of supply chain management systems and Customer and Investor requirements for human rights practices.

Business Strategy and Due Diligence

Reporting and Disclosure

  • Provide support on identification of domestic and international laws, including international conventions and standards such as the UNGP;
  • Advise on scope and applicable requirements of international environmental regulations;
  • Advise on labor rights regulations and global standards, including those that pertain to human trafficking and child labor;
  • Advise on governance-related laws, including gender equality and non-discrimination;
  • Develop corporate human rights policies; and
  • Develop grievance mechanisms and frameworks for businesses.
  • Integrate human rights practices into business operations, product development, and risk management;
  • Conduct human rights impact assessments, such as human trafficking, child labor, discrimination and others;
  • Conduct Materiality Analysis in accordance with GRI Standards;
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders on sustainability-related issues; and
  • Develop and coordinate Corporate Training Programs
  • Develop and implement Customer and Investor CSR/Sustainability Disclosure Programs;
  • Prepare CSR and sustainability-related Customer and Investor surveys, including Self-Assessment Questionnaires (SAQ);
  • Report business sustainability-related practices and metrics to integrated platforms, such as CDP, RobecoSAM, etc. on behalf of clients;
  • Conduct Compliance Gap Analyses; and
  • Advise on best practices and strategies to CSR-related scores and industry rankings.
