EHS Regulatory Compliance
The Isosceles Group's Regulatory Compliance Division develops and implements cost-effective EHS auditing programs and reporting systems based on the evaluation of corporate risk and priorities. The Division also offers several products to help facilities, both domestic and global, to maintain EHS compliance.
To date, Isosceles’ Regulatory Compliance Division has published more than 70 jurisdiction-specific EHS audit checklists, which delineate the EHS requirements for facilities. It also publishes EHS newsletters that track environmental and workplace safety regulations and initiatives of over 100 jurisdictions around the globe. In doing so, we identify new and emerging compliance issues that could affect the operation and expansion of facilities. Over 30 different topics groups are covered, and the newsletter can be provided on a bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly schedule. In addition to the above, the Regulatory Compliance Division also has over 90 EHS legal registers for ISO compliance. Companies can buy legal registers for a specific industry on a general level, or seek applicability consulting from the Division’s Principals and Associates, wherein a full analysis of the facility’s operations are performed to determine which laws apply. Legal register management can be arranged as well, with updates provided as frequently as the client desires. Isosceles also maintains relationships with platform providers if clients wish to access their legal registers online. Finally, Isosceles’ staff conducts in-plant inspections and facility audits, evaluates compliance with both host country regulations and parent company requirements, develops and implements EHS and sustainability programs, provides training, and serves as outsourced management-level staff. Any jurisdiction and/or product for a jurisdiction can be added upon client request, so please do not hesitate to contact us if you do not see a specific jurisdiction listed. |
