Swedish Regulation Amends Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment Ordinance
Sweden issued the Regulation amending the Regulation (2012: 861) on hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment. The amendments change several definitions in section 4 and provided exceptions to the prohibitions in section 8. The amendments entered into force on July 22, 2019.
